Daniel Abrams

Daniel Lawrence Abrams has produced hundreds of hours of Reality Television. Starting at E! Entertainment Television, Abrams was a writer/producer for E!'s MYSTERIES & SCANDALS documentary series. He subsequently produced the WORLD SERIES OF POKER (where he was the first producer to introduce "running statistics" graphics to illustrate which player had the advantage). He also produced the first season of the WORLD POKER TOUR for the Travel Channel.

While working for Riptown Media / Bodog (the online gaming website), Abrams executive produced, wrote & directed the reality webisode series entitled BIF NAKED BRIDE which went on to be named an Official Honoree in the 2008 WEBBY AWARDS.

Abrams was the Executive Producer of the Endemol Digital Studios' branded-entertainment webisode series THE SMART SHOW. In the past few years, Abrams produced 1000 WAYS TO LIE (airing on SpikeTV), SWAMP MURDERS (airing on Investigation Discovery Channel), and ROCCO'S DINNER PARTY (airing on Bravo). He was recently the Supervising Producer of the second season of THE WRITERS ROOM (airing on SundanceTV).

Abrams has been a member of the Producers Guild of America for over a decade and was elected to a 3-year term on the PGA's AP Council Board of Delegates. Abrams has also written a half-dozen industry articles for the PGA's periodicals & website.
