Advanced Dialogue with David Freeman

At a Glance

  • Teleseminar on screenwriting dialogue
  • Uses script samples and video clips to dissect advanced dialogue techniques
  • A rare opportunity to work directly with a top screenwriting teacher

When a producer, director or actor reads your script, long before they ever get to your plot, and long before they ever get a full sense of your characters, they encounter your dialogue - usually beginning on Page 1.

And that's how they judge you. By page 3, they've often made up their mind whether they want to keep reading, or put down your script forever. But if your dialogue surprises, grips, and moves them, they take notice and eagerly keep reading.

Find out how to bring your dialogue skills to an entirely new level in terms of naturalness, subtext, emotional depth, and unique character voices in Advanced Dialogue with David Freeman.

When you sign up for this unique course, you’ll immediately receive a course handout in PDF format, which contains scripts of the dialogue samples to be discussed in the teleseminar. You’ll also receive a link to a secret website where you can view video clips of the samples, and a phone number to dial in at a pre-set time for the conference.

In the 2 1/2 hour teleseminar portion, David will walk through each example, breaking down the techniques and answering questions to dissect the work of these contemporary dialogue masters, and deconstruct some of the secrets behind their dialogue artistry.

David teaches with clarity, passion, warmth, and humor. He works hard to make sure you master all the techniques he presents in his course. This is a rare chance to significantly upgrade your dialogue skills, with one of the top screenwriting teachers in the world.
