ELLEN SANDLER received an Emmy nomination as Co-Executive Producer for the CBS hit series Everybody Loves Raymond. Prior to that, she was a writer/producer for ABC’s long running comedy, Coach, and many other prime time network television series. Her play How’d It Go, starring Megan Mullally, premiered at The Warner Bros./HBO Workspace and was picked up for pilot development by Oxygen Network. Additionally, she has created pilots for ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox Family, the Disney Channel, and has consulted on pilots internationally for the ABC Australia, the CBC Canada, Media Marketing Dubai, UAE, and MediaCorp, Singapore. She has also supervised development with producers in Germany and Japan. Currently she is the Executive Producer and Director of Marisa Rules, an original comedy webisode series; and she is the author of The TV Writer’s Workbook: A Creative Approach to Television Scripts (Bantam/Dell).
