Returns Policy
You may return within 30 days of delivery date for full refund [minus shipping & handling] the following items:
- Books in their original condition
- Unopened, shrink-wrapped products:
Software, audiocassettes, CDs, VHS/PAL tapes and supplies in their original condition.
Exceptions:
- Software Products covered by a 30, 60 or 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee may be returned opened.
- Returned software must include ALL documentation (i.e. warranty cards, disks, manuals) and packaging materials. If any of these accompanying materials are damaged, written in, if the spine/bindings are broken, or show evidence of tampering, a restocking charge of 30% will be deducted from any refund.
- Copy-protected software must be de-installed and all manufacturer supplied installs must be present to receive a refund (see product documentation or call the manufacturer for instructions).
- Seminars, Workshops and Conference Admissions: Deposits are forfeited in their entirety if attendance is cancelled within 30 days prior to event – unless otherwise stated in course description.
Defective merchandise: If you believe you have received defective merchandise, contact the manufacturer for problem verification and replacement.
Packaging and Shipping your Return:
- Enclose the original sales receipt with a stated reason for the return.
- Pack your return items securely in the box they arrived in, or another box, which will return the items to us undamaged.
- Use a traceable insured method of return shipping

Refunds:
Product returned will be checked by the Customer Service Department for completeness and damage. Refunds minus applicable re-stocking fee and shipping costs as stated in our Returns Policy above will be credited only to the applicable card within five working days. Orders paid by check will have refund checks mailed within one week.
Returns Policy Considerations:
Please note that having a Returns Policy such as ours is expensive for both parties (us - credit card charges, accounting, return to manufacturer, etc., customer - shipping and handling, lost time, etc.). The only way we can continue this policy is to keep mistreatment such as buying software "just to see", piracy, etc. to a complete minimum. We want to make every effort to give you the information to choose the RIGHT product for your needs so don't hesitate to call or e-mail for product information, that's what we're here for. (Note: Our software vendors require us to submit customer data on all returned product.)
